A Message to Young Entrepreneurs
Description: Why do we do all this? Are we living FOR our profession or living BECAUSE of our profession? What’s the next move? This engaging presentation will help you find answers to these questions. It will also cause you to form appropriate questions about your entrepreneurialism and how it impacts your life. For entrepreneurs who are young or young at heart.
How to Get Those Carpets REALLY Clean, REALLY Fast
Description: Express detailing relies heavily on the sales of the “express carpet and mat service.” Yet the techniques typically used leave carpets less than clean and overly saturated. In this presentation, “best practices” carpet cleaning procedures, honed over decades of experience, will be shared. A live demonstration will be provided, and participants will have a chance to try out the methodology.
How to Create the Perfect Detailing Menu
Description: The detailing menu has a large impact on the entire operation. The level of menu complexity can either assist in closing sales or turn customers away. Sales staff rely on a menu that is easy to navigate and explain. Detailing technicians must understand the procedure that is necessary to complete each menu item. This presentation will suggest menu ideas that assist in all of these areas.
