Tom Shay is a fourth generation small business owner.  He has written 14 books including a college textbook on small business accounting and business planning.

Just as you work to have a strong working knowledge of the product you use and the services you provide, you should do the same about the financial information of your business.  This webinar will get you started in understanding how the financial statements are telling you where your business is headed.

Objective: Share the key components of understanding the profit and loss statement and the balance sheet.
