Meghan Poirier started at Autogeek when there were only three employees. The company was a mail-order business that started in the back of a retail store. She learned and did whatever was needed as they progressed with building the company: from building pages on the website, maintaining a forum, processing orders, and the technical side of products. She goes above and beyond to treat her employees like family. Her professionalism and management qualities are unmatched. Meghan is a model of excellence and made a significant impact on the culture and the success of Autogeek as an organization. After 21 years at Autogeek, Meghan transitioned to CarCandy Detailing Products, as Chief Operations Officer.

She believes wholeheartedly in earning success within the industry by being humble, honest, leading with integrity, and good old-fashioned “working your butt off.”

She is well-known for lending a listening ear, solving problems, and helping out as much as she can—whether in her own job, other suppliers, or individual detailers. If there is a need and she has the ability to help, she will.

Meghan has volunteered her time and efforts with IDA as a committee volunteer and as a Board member. Currently President, she has taken on leadership roles within the industry and advocates for the growth and improvement of the industry as a whole. She is a leader, a builder, and an advocate. She was awarded Hall of Fame Inductee of Southern Detailers Conference in 2022 for her valuable contributions.
