Speaker Bios:
In his 18 years of being a detailer and business owner, Jason Otterness learned a lot of things the hard way.  He has owned three separate detailing businesses, worked in body shops, and managed car washes with plenty of success and failures throughout the years.  Chicago Auto Pros, which he started in 2012 with partner Greg Natonson, has grown into multiple locations with over 50 employees.  That success was driven primarily by the successful YouTube channel which he manages.  The channel also established him as a leader in the industry and paved the way for the launch of their ecommerce business, Car Supplies Warehouse, that sells products that have been tested and proven by his detail shops.  He’s now sharing the invaluable lessons he learned with others through the DetailWise training platform.

Detailing is nothing new to Eric Joseph, as he began his professional detailing career 22 years ago.  He has held many positions within the industry from technician to buyer to owner.  For the past 10 years he has focused on growing in the industry, working with brands like Gtechniq and CAR Products.  Eric has been a member of the IDA since 2015 when he helped launch the SV program.  As a past chairman for the Tradeshow and Education Committee, he has volunteered at numerous tradeshows and has taught detailing at events worldwide.  In 2022, Eric joined the ranks of Car Supplies Warehouse and launched affordable dry ice cleaning technology to our industry.

Session Description:
In this session, Jason and Eric will discuss what dry ice is and how it can be used to clean cars as well as the efficiencies detailers can gain by implementing dry ice into their day-to-day detailing operations.

Certified Detailers - Attending a webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit towards re-certification.  You must check-in to the live event to earn your credit.

Cancellation Policy - There is limited space available for each webinar.  If you register but find that you are no longer able to attend the live webinar, please cancel your registration to free up space for others.  Members can always access the webinar recording from the Quick Links menu.  Please note: no refunds or cancellations within 48 hours of the event.
