The International Detailing Association hosts a series of webinar presentations covering a variety of topics to help improve the knowledge and ability of IDA Members and Non-Members from the comfort of a home or office computer or any mobile device!  The webinars take place on the third Thursday of the month.

Shad began his career in the detailing industry over 23 years ago at 18 years old at a car dealership is Salt Lake City Utah.  Since then he has worked in and experienced the industry from all angles, with the last nine years working in the training and distribution side, supplying detailers with of some of the top brands and training in the detailing industry.  Shad’s love, passion, and knowledge for detailing is rivaled only by that of health and fitness, which he discovered at around the same time in his life.  He is an avid obstacle course racer who competes in some of the biggest races around the United States.  As the 2024 IDA President, Shad is dedicated to working to elevate and advance the IDA and the industry to new levels.

Juan Gonzalez, CD-SV, MC, RIT
Owner, All Season Detail

Juan Gonzalez is the owner of All Season Detail with more than 20 years of experience in detailing and more than 15 years of experience in the Sales department.  He is also the Director and Instructor of Detail Warriors, a GTECHNIQ trainer in Latin America, and a representative for The Rag Company in Latin America.  As an IDA Recognized Independent Trainer, he has been making strides in the community by offering certification events in Spanish.

Craig Brigham, CD-SV
Managing Director, The Detailing Detectives Ltd

Based in the UK, Craig has been running The Detailing Detectives Ltd since 2016.  With multiple vans and staff, they operate a fully equipped mobile detailing service across three counties.  From regular maintenance to machine polishing and coatings they do it all.  Craig has been a member of the IDA since 2017 and acted as the IDA UK Chapter President in 2021 and 2022.  He is currently serving his second year on the IDA Board of Directors.  He is also a partner in the Detailing Coach Ltd, which is a business designed to help you become more profitable as a detailer by offering support, mentorship, and training in both detailing and business.

Josh Petro, CD-SV
Business Development Manager, The Rag Company

Josh has been involved with The Rag Company for the past five years and with the IDA for the past 4 1/2 years.  He is currently serving his second year on the IDA Board of Directors, where he acted as a Board Liaison for Certification Committee in 2023 and will now take over as a Board Liaison for the Tradeshow & Education Committee.  He spends most of his free time with his wife and two boys.  Both sons keep him busy, one with competitive go-kart racing and the other with competitive soccer.  In what spare time he does have, he enjoys detailing, skiing, snowboarding, and spending time in the mountains.

Join IDA Board of Directors members Shad Stoker, CD-SV, MC, WC, RIT; Juan Gonzalez, CD-SV, MC, RIT; Craig Brigham, CD-SV; and Josh Petro, CD-SV, for this panel about the exciting details from Mobile Tech Expo 2024 (Feb. 1st-3rd), such as Education Day, the IDA Business Meeting and Awards Ceremony, and IDA Certification testing.  They will also discuss some of the association’s goals and plan of action for 2024.  If you want an inside look at Mobile Tech Expo and to hear from some of your Board members, you’ll want to tune into this informational panel!

Certified Detailers - Attending a webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit towards certification maintenance.  You must check-in to the live event to earn your credit.

Technology - Registrants will receive access information to stream the webinar via YouTube.  Alternatively, the session will also be streamed directly to the IDA members-only Facebook Group (request to join here), and members can watch the stream in the group.  Registration through the IDA website is still highly encouraged for each session.  Certified Detailers are responsible for checking in to the live webinar to receive 1 Certification Maintenance credit.  If you did not register but watch the session in the Facebook Group, you must manually input the credit into your Certification Journal.
