The International Detailing Association (IDA) promised a game-changing 2025, and we are not slowing down as we prepare to wrap up Q3.

In fact, it's time to shift our gears into overdrive and we want to make sure you're involved every step of the way.

What’s on the Agenda?

• SEMA: Plan to join us for our annual IDA Meet & Greet at SEMA on the evening of Tuesday, November 4 in Las Vegas – it's a great time to connect with fellow detailers at one of the biggest car shows in North America. Find out more about opportunities to support the IDA and get your business in front of new customers!
• Getting Involved: There are so many unique ways to get involved with the IDA, from committees, to our Awards program, to speaking engagements, and much more! One initiative from the Membership Committee that we're particularly excited about is the 1st Annual Meet & Greet Week, taking place September 14-20! Come learn what this event is all about, and find or host an event near you!
• Member Benefits: The IDA is constantly working to evolve our membership benefits to facilitate your professional growth, from expanded certification offerings to new standard operating procedures to an updated webinar policy to make the most of your educational opportunities. Come find out about all our recent releases and what we have on the horizon!

Presenter Bios:

Based in the UK, Craig Brigham has been running The Detailing Detectives Ltd since 2016.  With multiple vans and staff, they operate a fully-equipped mobile detailing service across three counties.  From regular maintenance to machine polishing and coatings, they do it all.  Craig has been a member of the IDA since 2017 and acted as the IDA UK Chapter President in 2021 and 2022.  He is currently serving in his third year on the IDA Board of Directors as the 2025 IDA President.  Craig is also a partner in the Detailing Coach Ltd, which is a business designed to help you become more profitable as a detailer by offering support, mentorship, and training in both detailing and business.

Meghan Poirier is the 2025 President-Elect for the IDA.  In previous years, she has sat on several committees and was recently the IDA Treasurer.  Meghan is the Chief Operations Officer at CarCandy, where she loves to create new products and grow the brand.  Throughout her 23 years in this industry, she has mentored many, devoted a lot of time to giving back to the industry, and truly enjoyed all the people she has had the pleasure to associate with.

Technology: Registrants will receive emailed access information to stream the webinar via Zoom.
