The International Detailing Association hosts a series of webinar presentations covering a variety of topics to help improve the knowledge and ability of IDA Members and Non-Members from the comfort of a home or office computer or any mobile device! The webinars take place on the third Thursday of the month.

Session Description:
This session will explore how the car wash and detailing industry has responded to technology, customer demands, and environmental challenges. Key topics we'll cover include: a brief history of auto detailing, why change matters, full service car washes and detailing, express detailing car wash, waterless car wash and detailing, the importance of keeping up with industry innovations, and we'll close with some Q&A.

Certified Detailers - Attending a webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit towards certification maintenance. You must check-in to the live event to earn your credit.

Technology - Registrants will receive access information to stream the webinar via Zoom.

Webinar Recording - If you are unable to attend the live webinar, members will be able to access the webinar recording from the archives webpage.

Price - Free for members and $25 for non-members. Non-members who join within 30 days of the webinar may apply the registration fee to membership dues* (join the IDA here).
