Speaker Bio:
Prentice St. Clair, CD-SV, RVC, RIT, has been an educator in the detailing industry since 1999. He has authored over 500 published trade magazine articles, presented at dozens of trade association events, and provided training to thousands from around the globe. When he's not busy doing all that, he provides retail automotive reconditioning to his local San Diego community of Point Loma, where he has been voted "Best Detailer" in local publications for 15 consecutive years.

Session Description:
Many detailers are unaware of the many rules and regulations that must be followed in order for the operation to remain compliant with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Compliance is important not only to prevent citations and fines, but also as just plain prudent safety practice. In this webinar, many of the common regulations will be presented, along with simple ways to follow them. Also, we will cover what to do if you are visited by an OSHA inspector.

Certified Detailers - Attending a webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit towards certification maintenance. You must check-in to the live event to earn your credit.

Technology - Registrants will receive access information to stream the webinar via Zoom.

Webinar Recording - If you are unable to attend the live webinar, members will be able to access the webinar recording from the archives webpage.
