The International Detailing Association hosts a series of webinars covering Business Development topics. These will take place quarterly (appx. Feb., May, Aug., Nov.) on the first Friday of the month at 2 pm Central. Webinars are open to IDA Members and Non-Members alike.

Jonathan Monson is a powerhouse entrepreneur in the automotive detailing industry. He is the founder of Dirty2Dreamy and Polish & Punish Detailing Academy, where he trains technicians and business owners across the country. After growing multiple brands with over a million social followers, he now focuses on advancing the craft through education, coaching, and high-impact experiences.

Beyond detailing, Jonathan is on a personal transformation journey—dropping over 60 pounds and building a fitness mindset brand to help others do the same. He’s known for blunt honesty, humor, systems thinking, and pushing people past the stories that hold them back.

Session Description:
Jonathan will review how to turn anxiety into processes within your business. This will empower you to take every hardship that you have ever encountered and turn it into positive energy to fuel you long term. Ditch the chase for the "motivation" to do it and replace it with reasons to do it no matter the motivation level of the day.

Certified Detailers - Attending a webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit towards certification maintenance. You must check-in to the live event to earn your credit.

Technology - Registrants will receive access information to join the webinar via Zoom.

Webinar Recording - If you are unable to attend the live webinar, members will be able to access the webinar recording from the archives webpage.

Price - Free for members and $25 for non-members. Non-members who join within 30 days of the webinar may apply the registration fee to membership dues* (join the IDA here).
