IDA Town Hall: Starting Strong and Powering into 2026

Date & Time: Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 12:00 pm CDT

During this town hall, we will give a recap of the many exciting IDA activities at Mobile Tech Expo (MTE) including Education Day, our exhibit booth, certification events, and of course the incredibly inspiring IDA Awards Gala and Annual Business Meeting. We will also take a look ahead at all that is planned for 2026. As always, we will have plenty of time for member Q&A, so be sure to bring your questions!

Momentum is on our side to make this year our best one yet!

Presenter Bios:

Meghan Poirier is the 2026 President for the IDA. In previous years, she has sat on several committees and was recently the IDA Treasurer. Meghan is the Chief Operations Officer at CarCandy, where she loves to create new products and grow the brand. Throughout her 23 years in this industry, she has mentored many, devoted a lot of time to giving back to the industry, and truly enjoyed all the people she has had the pleasure to associate with. 

Josh Pierce is an accomplished detailer and trainer that holds multiple high-level industry accolades including Recognized Independent Trainer with the International Detailing Association. He has trained for multiple manufacturers. He's had his hands on the world's rarest and most exquisite vehicles as part of the Detail Team for Monterey Car Week and has had the honor of working on projects for Jay Leno, Barrett-Jackson, The SEMA Show, and much more. He has also served as a mentor to many up-and-coming detailers across the world. In 2024 and 2025, Josh won back-to-back IDA Outstanding Service Awards for his dedication to the betterment of the detailing industry. He was named as CarCandy's Brand Development Director in late 2025. Josh is the 2026 IDA President-Elect.

Based in the UK, Craig Brigham has been running The Detailing Detectives Ltd since 2016. With multiple vans and staff, they operate a fully-equipped mobile detailing service across three counties. From regular maintenance to machine polishing and coatings, they do it all. Craig has been a member of the IDA since 2017 and acted as the IDA UK Chapter President in 2021 and 2022. He is currently serving in his fourth year on the IDA Board of Directors as the Immediate Past President. Craig is also a partner in the Detailing Coach Ltd, which is a business designed to help you become more profitable as a detailer by offering support, mentorship, and training in both detailing and business.

Technology: Registrants will receive emailed access information to stream the webinar via Zoom.
