The IDA Industry Standards Task Force is excited to announce that a new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) has been added to the member resource page.
Our third SOP is “Soft-Top Deep Cleaning Process”. This standard operating procedure was made possible by YOU, our IDA members! The Industry Standards Task Force’s last Global Survey compiled data about soft-top deep cleaning processes/preferences from IDA members in 10 countries; this data was then analyzed by the Task Force to create a baseline order of operations meant to consistently produce a quality result. Please remember, this is one proven order of operations widely agreed
upon as best practice, but it is not the only way.
