Comprised of the Rick Goldstein Scholarship Program and the Healy Family Scholarship Program

The IDA Scholarship Program was created to provide career-minded individuals in professional detailing the opportunity to develop professionally, civically, and socially within the detailing industry.  The two current scholarship programs honor Rick Goldstein and the Goldstein Family, and Denis Healy and the Healy Family.

The Rick Goldstein Scholarship Program has two components:

  • Scholarships for programs donated by private companies offering hands-on training (i.e. Autogeek, Rupes, PDP, etc.)

Funds Usage: course tuition, course materials, travel expenses, lodging, food

The Healy Family Scholarship Program, which is contingent upon passage of an approved Goldstein Scholarship education program:

  • Upon successfully passing the designated education program, the scholarship recipients approved for the Rick Goldstein Scholarship Program would be given the opportunity to take the IDA Certification Exam and IDA Skills Validated Exam donated through the Healy Family Scholarship Program.

In order to apply for this scholarship, the candidate must:
