The International Detailing Association hosts a series of webinar presentations covering a variety of topics to help improve the knowledge and ability of IDA Members and Non-Members from the comfort of a home or office computer! The webinars take place on the third Thursday of the month from February to November.

Description: Four business owners from a locked-down state will talk about their approach to COVID-19, civil unrest, and how to take a business-focused approach to the world around us. They will discuss market change, risk assessment and mitigation, and forecasting their future. As businesses around the country begin to re-open, get the perspective of the owners of markedly different business types from the same industry. Learn how their business-focused approach is seeing them through, and find out what they are doing to be ready for the next big change.
