The International Detailing Association hosts a series of webinar presentations covering a variety of topics to help improve the knowledge and ability of IDA Members and Non-Members from the comfort of a home or office computer or any mobile device!  The webinars take place on the third Thursday of the month from February to November.

Session Description: Your top talent is company, location, position, and hire specific, so your job posting needs to be too.  We will discuss how to define what top talent looks like at your organization and how to create your employee value proposition.  We will talk about how and where to convey that information in your written advertisements.  You will leave this discussion with an actionable plan that will help you get your opportunity in front of the right people. 

Speaker Bio: As the Operations & HR Manager for Living H2O Car Wash, Sarah is responsible for a full service wash and detail center, as well as a flex and an express car wash.  The high-volume detail shop supports an award-winning used car dealership.  Sarah has 15 years of recruiting experience, including 12 as an external recruiter for entry to C-level positions.  She holds a BBA in Production and Operations Management from the University of North Texas and is an IDA Certified Detailer. 

Certified Detailers - Attending a webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit towards re-certification.  You must check-in to the live event to earn your credit.

Technology - Attendance will require an internet connection and ability to connect to Zoom.  Test your connection here.  The webinar access information will be released prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy - There is limited space available for each webinar.  If you register but find that you are no longer able to attend the live webinar, please cancel your registration to free up space for others.  Members can always access the webinar recording from the Quick Links menu.  Please note: no refunds or cancellations within 48 hours of the event. 

Price - Free for members and $25 for non-members.  Non-members who join within 30 days of the webinar may apply the registration fee to membership dues* (join the IDA here).
