The International Detailing Association hosts a series of webinar presentations covering a variety of topics to help improve the knowledge and ability of IDA Members and Non-Members from the comfort of a home or office computer or any mobile device!
The webinars take place on the third Thursday of the month from February to November.

Speaker Bio: Mike Phillips is the Global Director of Training for 3D Products International. His background includes the host for two TV shows on car detailing. He is also the author of six car detailing books and one boat detailing book. He’s been the guest detailing expert for multiple TV shows including My Classic Car, Chasing Classic Cars, Two Guys Garage, Truck U, and Motorhead Garage. He’s written over 1,000 articles on the topics of auto and marine detailing. He was the Detailing Trainer for Meguiars.com from 1987-2009, as well as the Director of Training for Autogeek.com from 2009-2021. Mike currently teaches automotive and marine detailing classes at the 3D Training Academy in sunny Stuart, Florida. You can find out more information by visiting 3dproducts.com. Session Description: This session will teach you how to remove defects in glass, such as wiper marks, swirls, and scratches. Mike will cover the tools, pads, and products required to do this specialized type of glass polishing plus the correct techniques. You will also learn the difference between Topical Glass Polishing and Sub-surface Glass Polishing and when and how to do both types.
