The International Detailing Association hosts a series of webinar presentations covering a variety of topics to help improve the knowledge and ability of IDA Members and Non-Members from the comfort of a home or office computer or any mobile device!  The webinars take place on the third Thursday of the month.

Speaker Bio:
Angela Gilham is the founder and CEO of Elite Marine Protection located in Gig Harbor, Washington.  She has been in business for nine years, focusing solely on ceramic coating, PPF/MPF, and oxidation removal on yachts/ boats.  She detailed her first boat at 14 years old.  Being around boats her whole life, this was the direction she chose to go.  She enjoys being on the water and being in nature.  She has two dogs and three cats who support her endeavor as a boat detailer in the Pacific Northwest.

Session Description:
This webinar will cover the basic dos and don’ts of marine detailing, how to determine pricing for your target demographic, understanding wash processes, and understanding boaters and their expectations.

Certified Detailers - Attending a webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit towards certification maintenance.  You must check-in to the live event to earn your credit.

Technology - Registrants will receive access information to stream the webinar via YouTube.

Webinar Recording - If you are unable to attend the live webinar, members will be able to access the webinar recording from the archives webpage.

Price - Free for members and $25 for non-members.  Non-members who join within 30 days of the webinar may apply the registration fee to membership dues* (join the IDA here).
