Speaker Bios:
Jim Goguen has been a part of the detailing industry for over 38 years.  He was the first detailer in Massachusetts to pass both the Certified Detailer and hands-on Skills Validation tests from the IDA.  He has consistently built his business by focusing on providing the highest level of service, skills, and products for his customers.  He markets his business the same way he runs his business: with confident humility, always wanting the best for his customers.  In 2007, Jim was selected as Restyler of the Year by Restyling Magazine. He was also named Distributor of the Year by Auto Trim International.  Jim was inducted into the IDA Hall of Fame in 2021.  He is part of the Detail Mafia and has participated numerous times in the Air Force One project, as well as other detailer outings that have gained national attention for the expertise and skills of high-level detailers.

Mike Phillips has been teaching classes on car detailing since 1987.  He began his career as a mobile detailer, then progressed to mobile distribution of detailing products.  Throughout his career, he has worked with industry powerhouse companies such as Meguiar’s, Autogeek, 3D Products International, and now Dr. Beasley’s.  He has served as host for two TV shows on car detailing.  He is the author of five car detailing books and one boat detailing book.  Mike has been intensely involved in the IDA from the start.  He has served on the board and various committees and is also an active Recognized Independent Trainer (RIT).

Jason Rose is widely recognized as one of the preeminent authorities on automotive surface care.  His decades of experience as a technician and a trainer who has traveled the world make him a wealth of knowledge for students to soak in.  His passion, enthusiasm for technical training, and commitment to excellence are at the heart of each educational experience he leads.  When he isn’t leading a world-class RUPES training program, he is hard at work testing and developing new RUPES products.  His skills as a trainer and specialist in the industry make his training some of the most sought-after in the world.

Webinar Recording - If you are unable to attend the live webinar, members will be able to access the webinar recording from the archives webpage.
