Keith Duplessie is the Business Development Director for P&S Detail Products and the owner of Detail Plus Car Appearance Systems. He is a founding member of the IDA, Founder's Club, and one of the original RITs for the IDA. He has been in the industry for over 20 years. In his roles with P&S and Detail Plus, he helps his customers develop and grow their businesses by helping them improve processes, sales channels, and operational efficiencies. He has been a featured speaker and exhibitor at trade shows around the globe, including the ICA, WCA, SWCA, SECWA, NECWA, NADA, Automechanika, and Middle East Cleaning Technology shows.

Chad Emerson has been professionally detailing for the past three years, but his experience with discipline, leadership, and attention to detail runs much deeper. He spent 14 years in the fire service, proudly serving between two departments. During that time, he held the roles of Training Officer for four years and Captain for another four, helping shape and lead teams in high-stakes situations. That experience taught him how to stay sharp under pressure, hold himself to high standards, and always take pride in his work, principles he carries into every detail job he takes on. To further hone his skills, he has hands-on training from some of the best in the industry, including the IDA Board of Directors' very own Josh Pierce. Chad's goal is to make CME Shine the go-to name in Eastern Iowa for premium detailing while helping others in the industry level up. Beyond the shop, he is active in his community, working alongside local volunteer fire departments, supporting first responders, and taking part in local charity events. It's more than just cars for Chad; it's about giving back and building connections.

Josh Pierce is an accomplished detailer and trainer that holds multiple high-level industry accolades including Recognized Independent Trainer with the International Detailing Association and has trained for multiple manufacturers. He has had his hands on the world's rarest and most exquisite vehicles as part of the Detail Team for Monterey Car Week and has had the honor of working on projects for Jay Leno, Barrett-Jackson, The SEMA Show, and much more. He has also served as a mentor to many up-and-coming detailers across the world, Josh was also awarded the IDA Outstanding Service Award by his peers for his dedication to the betterment of the Detail Industry.

Shad Stoker began his career in the detailing industry over 23 years ago at 18 years old at a car dealership in Salt Lake City, Utah. Since then, he has worked in and experienced the industry from all angles, working on the training and distribution side for the last nine years, supplying detailers with some of the top brands and training in the detailing industry. Shad’s love, passion, and knowledge for detailing is rivalled only by that of health and fitness, which he discovered at around the same time in his life. He is an avid obstacle course racer who competes in some of the biggest races around the United States. As a member of the IDA Board of Directors and Past President, Shad is dedicated to working to elevate and advance the IDA and the industry to new levels.

Barry Theal is a highly accomplished Automotive Detailing Industry professional with a proven track record of success.  With over 30 years of experience in the industry, he has consistently demonstrated his expertise in Business Development, Training, and Mentoring. As Chief Executive Officer at SB3 Coatings, he is responsible for new business development and product support. Before SB3 Coatings, Barry gained valuable experience at Presidential Details, where he started his entrepreneurial journey. Barry is a veteran of The United States Army. He is also a member of The Freemasons, where he stays active. With his dedication to excellence and growth, Barry is a driving force in the automotive detailing industry and is committed to making it a better place by promoting positivity and leadership.
