Dustin Jackson is the kind of entrepreneur who didn’t just stumble into business—he was born for it. At just 14 years old, he launched his first company, and he hasn’t slowed down since. From that early start, Dustin has built a powerhouse portfolio of ventures, all grounded in a passion for solving problems, scaling ideas, and creating tools that truly make a difference. Today, Dustin is the founder of several successful businesses, including EZN Detail (a three-time Nappie Award winner and the IDA’s 2024 Detail Shop of the Year), EZNside, EZN Outfitters, Boat Show on the Bay, Coastal Angler Magazine – Alabama Gulf Coast and Emerald Coast editions, Bay Shore Strategies, and DailyReach.io. He’s also the visionary behind Detail Bookie, a CRM platform custom-built to help detailers run their operations with less stress and more success. Dustin’s mission has always been clear: raise the bar for the detailing industry.

As a proud member of the International Detailing Association (IDA), he has spent his career championing detailers, providing the tech, training, and community they need to grow and thrive. In 2024, Dustin took his commitment a step further by teaming up with longtime friend and fellow industry leader Mike Karlen to purchase IGL Coatings USA. With a shared respect for IGL’s reputation and eco-friendly innovation, the two are focused on building a brand that supports its installers, leads with integrity, and never loses sight of its people.

But above all, Dustin is a dad. His daughter, Demi Ryann, is his driving force—the reason he pushes harder, dreams bigger, and never settles for “good enough.” She’s the reminder of why this work matters.

It’s a place where grit meets pride, where relationships turn into lifelong friendships, and where even the smallest details carry purpose.
