The Membership Committee has begun its 2020 agenda and has some lofty goals, but we still have plenty of room for new voices and ideas. This year, the focus of the committee is increasing membership to 2500 members by identifying members’ pain points and creating a distributor incentive program, focusing on retention by targeting the next generation of IDA members and showing members how to market their involvement with the IDA, and improving the membership experience by increasing member interaction, producing member spotlights on social media, and examining the post-registration process.
Past projects have included member needs surveys, chapter development, expanding to new markets, and much more.
