International Detailing Association (IDA): How did you get into the detailing industry?
Edgar Ojeda (EO): I worked in an express car wash. My passion for seeing customers' cars improve, at the end of that motivated me to improve, and I decided to have my own mobile car wash business.

EO: Training in working with products and being professional with customers and with oneself.

EO: La capacitación saber trabajar los productos  y ser profesionales con los clientes y con uno mismo. 

IDA: Are there any awards, certifications, and/or accomplishments that you or your business have earned and would like to share with us?
EO: I have achieved certification in exterior detailing efficiency with Mr. Juan Gonzalez from ASD Academy & Detail Warriors technical trainer. I am also certified in coating brand Zazz Ceramic Coating graphene 7H and red 10H. I recently earned my IDA CD and SV.

IDA: ¿Hay algún premio, certificación, o logro que usted o su empresa haya obtenido y le gustaría compartir con nosotros?
EO: He logrado certificación en eficiencia de detallado exteriores con el Sr. Juan Gonzalez de ASD Academy & Detail Warriors technical trainer. También certificación en recubrimiento marca zazz ceramic coating graphene 7H y red 10H. Y recientemente he obtenido la certificación por IDA CD y SV.

IDA: What is the best advice you ever received?
EO: The best advice is from my father who says: Do things with passion. If you like your job, you will never see it as a job.

IDA: ¿Cual es el mejor consejo que usted ha recibido?
EO: El mejor consejo es el de mi padre que dice: Haz las cosas con pasión. Si te gusta tu trabajo, nunca lo veras como un trabajo.

IDA: What advice would you give to the novice detailer? The experienced detailer?
EO: My advice would be to train, update yourself, and learn new things.

IDA: ¿Que consejo le daria al detallista novato y al detallista experimentado?
EO: Mi consejo sería capacitate, actualizate, y aprende cosas nuevas.

IDA: Why did you decide to get involved with the IDA?
EO: It is an international association that always seeks to give the best tools for us detailers, and that we can grow personally and professionally. The best decision I could have made is to be with IDA.

IDA: ¿Porque decidió involucrarse con la IDA?
EO: Es una asociación internacional que siempre busca dar las mejores herramientas para nosotros los detalladores, y que podamos crecer en el área personal y de negocio. La mejor decision que pude haber tomando es estar con IDA.
