Whoa, what a September!

Firstly, I’d like to thank all of our incredible members who hosted Meet & Greets as part of our very first IDA Meet & Greet Week. It was amazing to see so many detailing professionals come together all over the world—sharing experiences, building connections, and strengthening our global community. The success of this initiative is proof of the passion and dedication that defines our industry.

We’re committed to making the IDA the best possible resource for our members. To help us do that, we’re inviting you to take part in our short survey regarding the current IDA website. Your feedback will guide improvements in usability, resources, and accessibility. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts—you’ll be shaping the digital home of the IDA.

On the 9th of September we had another really good Town Hall meeting, where I shared the progress and updates on the work the IDA is doing. We are committed to bringing these on a quarterly basis to keep you informed. These sessions are your chance to connect directly with the IDA leadership team, hear important updates, and ask questions about the future of our association. These open conversations are vital to keeping our organization transparent, innovative, and member-focused. Keep an eye on your inbox for the upcoming Q4 official invite and details.

September showed us just how strong and connected the detailing industry has become across the globe. As we move into the final quarter of the year, we have even more exciting opportunities to learn, network, and grow together. Thank you for being an essential part of the IDA—your involvement truly drives our mission forward.
