A week—a mere seven days—is simply not enough time to celebrate the amazing industry we call our own. With the global scale of the IDA, it is practically impossible for everyone to schedule Meet & Greets within just one week, a noble feat we aimed
to accomplish for our inaugural Meet & Greet Week last September. While many participated that week, we wanted to make it even easier for even more detailers to take part. So, for our follow-up event this year, we decided to extend the celebration
to an entire month, throughout all of April!
We kicked off the month with a livestream event seen around the world. The event was coordinated and moderated by Keith Duplessie, CD-SV, WC, RIT, and he brought together some of the biggest names in the industry, including:

The event focused on the topic: "Where do you see the industry headed, and how can we come together as an industry to help it be the best version of itself?" Viewers were given the opportunity to ask questions throughout and hear insights from several
of the industry's top thought leaders. Some of the hot button discussion points included a definitive shift toward global collaboration, AI's impact on detailing, business consolidation within the industry, diversification of services, and so much

Throughout the rest of the month, IDA members around the world hosted Meet & Greets to bring together detailers in their area, touting benefits of being part of the IDA community, sharing product demos, providing snacks or full-on meals, and chatting
