Entry Period

Entries will be accepted during IDA Education Day sessions, exhibit hours on Friday, and the IDA Awards Gala and Annual Business Meeting at MTE 2026, as outlined below:

• Thursday, January 29, 2026, 10:00 am – 4:45 pm
• Friday, January 30, 2026, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm; 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm (deadline to enter)

How to Earn Entries

• Receive one (1) entry for each IDA Member booth you check-in to during the Scavenger Hunt. Use the Scavenger Hunt chart to locate the booths of IDA Members, use your mobile device to scan the QR code at each booth, and complete the online entry form with your First and Last name, email address, mobile number⁵, and the prize for which you'd like to enter. You may only scan ONE (1) time at each IDA Member booth. Receive one (1) bonus entry for each #IDAatMTE or Annual Sponsor booth you check-in to during the Scavenger Hunt. These booths are noted on the chart. A maximum of 41 entries can be earned this way.
  
  
• Receive one (1) entry for checking-in to the IDA Booth #2102. Use your mobile device to scan the QR code at the IDA Booth #2102 (view the interactive floor plan), and complete the online entry form with your First and Last name, email address⁶, mobile number, and the prize for which you'd like to enter. You may only scan ONE (1) time at the IDA Booth. A maximum of one (1) entry can be earned this way.
  
  
• Receive one (1) entry for checking-in to an IDA Education Day Session. The IDA will be hosting 12 Education Day sessions, across two concurrent tracks. Use your mobile device to scan the QR code at the classroom entrance, and complete the online entry form with your First and Last name, email address⁶, mobile number, and the prize for which you'd like to enter. You may only scan ONE (1) time per concurrent session (i.e., you may NOT scan for both sessions held at 10:00 am). A maximum of six (6) entries can be earned this way.
  
  
• Receive one (1) entry for checking-in to the IDA Awards Gala and Annual Business Meeting. Use your mobile device to scan the QR code at the IDA Awards Gala and Annual Business Meeting entrance (Friday, January 30, 2026, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm, Room TBD), and complete the online entry form with your First and Last name, email address⁶, mobile number, and the prize for which you'd like to enter. You may only scan ONE (1) time at the IDA Awards Gala and Annual Business Meeting. A maximum of one (1) entry can be earned this way.
  
  
• Receive five (5) entries for signing up for or renewing an annual IDA membership onsite. Once you complete the join/renewal process and payment, you will be asked to confirm the prize for which you'd like to enter. A maximum of five (5) entries can be earned this way.

5) Your name and contact information are being collected by the IDA in relation to the IDA Prize Giveaway Contest at MTE 2026. However, this data may be shared with the Supplier Member(s) at whose booth(s) you check-in, either for the purpose of coordinating the winner's receipt of their prize and/or for marketing purposes.

6) By completing the Google form at the IDA Booth #2102, IDA Education Day sessions, or the IDA Awards Gala and Annual Business Meeting, you are agreeing to receive email communications from the International Detailing Association (IDA), and you understand that you may opt-out at any time.

Eligibility

• The IDA Booth prize giveaway is open to all MTE registered attendees, IDA members and non-members alike.

Selection of Winners, Notification of Winners, and How to Claim Prizes

• Entries will close at 7:30 pm Eastern time on Friday, January 30, 2026 (at the end of the IDA Awards Gala and Annual Business Meeting).
• One (1) winner will be randomly selected for each prize.
• Individuals can only win one (1) prize from the IDA Booth giveaway. If the same name is drawn for more than one prize, the prize for which the name was first drawn will supersede all others, and a new name will be drawn for subsequent prizes.
• All winners will be contacted by email and/or text/SMS within one week after the close of the entry period. The IDA requests that winners "claim their prize" by responding via email and/or text to confirm receipt of the notification.
• Winners' contact information⁵ will be provided to the donating organization/entity for shipment to be coordinated directly between the winner and the donor.
