As a way to encourage participation in #IDAatMTE activities, we are once again hoping to offer exciting prize giveaways, thanks to generous donations from Supplier Members like you! After holding the inaugural contest at last year's MTE (check out these photos of the happy winners with their prizes), we are excited to bring back this fun and engaging activity. Attendees will have the chance to earn FREE entries to win prizes by completing simple actions throughout the show, including scanning QR codes at IDA Supplier Member booths as part of our Scavenger Hunt activity. In addition to IDA merchandise items, we are seeking prize donations from our Supplier Members that we can raffle off to attendees. Suggestions include tools, product packages, gift cards, merch, sponsored membership dues or certification fees—or whatever your heart desires!

This year, we will be implementing a limit of three prize donations per supplier. Please consider combining several smaller prizes into one larger prize to generate more interest. For example, rather than offering three $50 gift cards to your online shop, consider offering one $150 gift card. This will help get more entries and eyes on your prize!

This opportunity is open to all Supplier Members, whether you will be exhibiting at MTE or not. *UPDATE THIS YEAR* Due to space limitations, we will not be able to display prizes at the IDA booth. Instead, we are requesting that donors provide a photo representation of their prize and company logo that we can display throughout the show. So even if you won't be at MTE, you can still easily participate! The IDA will simply collect and share the winner's information with you so you can coordinate sending the prize directly post-event.

By driving visitors to the IDA Booth at MTE, we have the opportunity to continue spreading awareness of the IDA and our mission, our many member benefits, the importance of certification, and the value of belonging to the IDA community. In turn, we anticipate that the Scavenger Hunt activity will drive traffic to the booths of our exhibiting Supplier Members, giving you the chance to earn new customers, foster good will amongst potential clients, and share your love for the IDA!
