The International Detailing Association hosts a series of webinar presentations covering a variety of topics to help improve the knowledge and ability of IDA Members and Non-Members from the comfort of a home or office computer or any mobile device!  The webinars take place on the third Thursday of the month.

Speaker Bio:
Mike Hoekstra has been custom painting for over 20 years.  He went to school for banking and worked in every facet of retail – from warehousing to sales to purchasing.  Most recently, he was a production painter and supervisor for 6.5 years prior to starting his detailing business in July 2020, and going full time in April 2021.

Session Description:
This webinar will provide an overview of gloss and matte clear coats and what can or cannot be done with each.

Certified Detailers - Attending a webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit towards certification maintenance.  You must check-in to the live event to earn your credit.

Technology - Registrants will receive access information to stream the webinar via YouTube.  Certified Detailers are responsible for checking in to the live webinar to receive 1 Certification Maintenance credit.

Webinar Recording - If you are unable to attend the live webinar, members will be able to access the webinar recording from the archives webpage.

Price - Free for members and $25 for non-members.  Non-members who join within 30 days of the webinar may apply the registration fee to membership dues* (join the IDA here).
