Session Description: This RV detailing class is designed for detailing business owners who want to elevate their skills and improve their business practices. The class will cover specialized techniques for detailing
large vehicles like RVs, which can be much more challenging than regular cars. Detailing larger vehicles often means higher service fees, and this class will help navigate pricing, quoting, and upselling services like ceramic

top-quality services.

Legitimacy Starts Within
Speaker:
Rodney Tatum Owner, Mirror Reflections Auto Spa LLC
Session Description: Detailers are in a unique position, serving a niche area, but the industry' great strength can be its greatest downfall – a low barrier to entry. This means we have to be transparent in
how we communicate with ourselves. Usually the greatest challenge to success comes from within. Rodney will discuss how self-care training was crucial to his success, years before he knew anything about detailing.
This session will aim to inspire you to break from the 'job' mentality while carrying the responsibilities of running a business.
