IDA Events at SEMA

For those of you attending SEMA, we have two can't miss events!  The IDA will be hosting a Certification Event - Phase I (CD) and Detailers Meet & Greet. 

IDA Certification Event - Phase I (CD) - Register now!
Wednesday, October 31
10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Location: S101 (South Hall, far east end)

The International Detailing Association is hosting an intensive one-day Certification Seminar. Phase I (CD) certification evaluates and affirms an experienced detailer’s technical knowledge and proficiency. Successful completion of the ten written exams will grant the detailer the title of IDA Certified Detailer (CD).

Phase I consists of 10 exams, 10-20 questions each, in these subject areas: Equipment, Chemicals, Windows, Trim & Metal, Floors & Carpets, Seats, Paint Correction & Protection, Wheels & Tires, Prep Wash/Wash Bay, Detailing Terminology, Safety & Compliance.  A passing grade is 80% and qualifies you to take the next exam.

$200 for Members
$400 for Non-Members


IDA Meet & Greet - RSVP Requested
Tuesday, October 30
6:00 - 9:00 pm
Location: N203 (North Hall, upstairs, far east end)

This will be an opportunity to network with detailing colleagues and catch up with IDA leaders to discuss hot-topic industry issues.  IDA members and non-members are welcome!
