Speaker Bio:
Keith Duplessie is the President and Chief Operating Officer of BarJack Tools. With over a quarter century in the detailing industry helping detailers build their shops and businesses, he has worked with wholesale and retail operators around the world. His background as a coach and developer of distribution businesses, as well as detail operations, gives him a unique perspective into the topic of business overhaul and redirection and how to work through the process and the dos and don'ts of organizational change.

He is a founding member of the IDA, one of the original RITs, and a member of the IDA Hall of Fame. Keith lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife Lisa.

Session Description:
This session will help you recognize when it is time to review and evaluate your business to decide when to make a change. Is it time to change your business model? Do you need to revamp your services, your format, or do you need to just tweak a little of what you are doing to make an impact on your business?


Certified Detailers - Attending a webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit towards certification maintenance. You must check-in to the live event to earn your credit.

Technology - Registrants will receive access information to stream the webinar via Zoom.

Webinar Recording - If you are unable to attend the live webinar, members will be able to access the webinar recording from the archives webpage.

Price - Free for members and $25 for non-members. Non-members who join within 30 days of the webinar may apply the registration fee to membership dues* (join the IDA here).
