Third Thursday webinars are held on the third Thursday of each month at 12 pm Central.  Business Development webinars are held on the first Friday of each month at 2 pm Central.  The schedule of upcoming webinars can be found here or under the 'Events' tab.

Certified Detailers - Attending a live webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit towards Certification Maintenance.

Technology - Attendance will require an internet connection and ability to connect to our virtual web conference platform.  The webinar connection information will be released to registrants prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy - If you register but find that you are no longer able to attend the live webinar, please cancel your registration.  Please note: no refunds or cancellations within 48 hours of the event. 

Price - Free for members and $25 for non-members.  Non-members who join within 30 days of the webinar may apply the registration fee to membership dues* (join the IDA here).

As an exclusive member benefit, IDA members have access to all past webinar recordings.  There are currently almost 100 recordings available, each chock-full of information to help take your detailing business to the next level. 

Certified Detailers - Each recording can be viewed for 1 credit towards your Certification Maintenance.  To earn the credit, you must view the entire webinar recording and subsequently complete the associated survey.  If you earned credit for attending the live webinar, you can NOT earn additional credit from the recording.
