As business owners and detailers, the daily onslaught of running the business, managing employees, trying to make payroll, handling upset customers, trying to keep the plates spinning, fear of failing, etc., can all take a massive toll.  This toll is stress, and it can dramatically impact your well-being and success.  Chronic stress can lead to making poor decisions, anger, overeating, smoking, relationship problems, and chronic inflammation.  These impact performance and then create added stress; it’s a vicious cycle.

However, we all have a hidden super power.  We have the ability to unlock the power of our own minds to heal, reduce stress, and improve performance.  Hypnotherapy helps us unlock this super power within, and its effectiveness rivals standard practices.

Speaker Bio:
Patrick Watson, PhD, is the Founder of MindSet Solutions, an innovative company that promotes a scientific approach to help clients to heal and create positive and lasting change.  Dr. Watson is certified in Integral Hypnotherapy – an adaptive, client-centered, and collaborative approach to transformation and healing with the power of the mind.  He is a Certified Neuro-Meditation Instructor, a Brain Health coach, and is a member of the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress.  He offers remote appointments via Zoom and in-person appointments at his offices in Central Florida.

Certified Detailers:
Attending this webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit toward certification maintenance. Certified Detailers must check-in to the live webinar to receive credit, and are solely responsible for verifying that the earned credit appears in their Certification Journal following the event.

Technology:
Registrants will receive access information to stream the webinar via a private YouTube link.  Alternatively, the session will also be streamed directly to the IDA members-only Facebook Group (request to join here), and members can watch the stream in the group.  Registration through the IDA website is still highly encouraged for each session.  Certified Detailers are responsible for checking in to the live webinar to receive 1 Certification Maintenance credit.  If you did not register but watch the session in the Facebook Group, you must manually input the credit into your Certification Journal.

If you are unable to attend the live webinar, members will be able to access the webinar recording from the archives webpage.
