Session Description: As an Auto Detailer, if there are bodies of water near you, sooner or later you will be asked to detail a boat. While many of the processes are very similar or the same as for automobiles, there are some major differences, some in equipment and other in the overall process. This presentation is intended for the conventional auto detailer, taking them step by step through the process as we see it. The goal is to present the customer with a first-class job, delighting customers, and building revenue for your shop.
Speaker Bio: Stanton was born and lives in Honesdale, PA. He enlisted in the US Army and completed his AIT in Still Photography, then served in Southeast Asia as a Combat Photographer. He returned to the US Army Photo School and became a Certified Instructor of Photography. He opened a Photographic Studio, which he successfully operated for more than thirty years.
Later, Stanton joined the Volunteer Fire Department, serving as Fireman, Lieutenant, Captain, and Department Chief. He became a SCUBA Diver, SCUBA Instructor, and finally Instructor Certifier. Next, he became Customer Service and Royalty Manager for the Children's Book Division of Highlights For Children, Community Relations, and Fleet Manager for Honesdale EMS. He also became an EMT and held this position until they were forced out of business by a larger regional firm. Eventually, he established Auto Express Detailing for his present employer.
