The IDA Business Development Webinar Series is open to IDA Members and Non-Members alike. The webinars take place on the first Friday of each month at 2pm Central.

Speaker Bio:
Chris is the owner of Onsite Detail, a detailing company with mobile services in Northern and Southern Utah and Las Vegas, Nevada, and a detail shop in Midvale, Utah.  He is a member of the IDA and has earned his CD-SV, WC certifications.  He is also married with three kids.

Session Description:
When you've reached a point to grow your business by hiring employees, it can be extremely difficult to find the right people and make the adjustments to make it work, and on top of that to retain them and keep them happy over the long run.  In this webinar, Chris will share his experiences of what he has done wrong, what has not worked, and what has worked well.

Certified Detailers:
Attending this webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit toward certification maintenance. Certified Detailers must check-in to the live webinar to receive credit, and are solely responsible for verifying that the earned credit appears in their Certification Journal following the event.

Technology:
Registrants will receive access information to stream the webinar via YouTube.  Alternatively, the session will also be streamed directly to the IDA members-only Facebook Group (request to join here), and members can watch the stream in the group.  Registration through the IDA website is still highly encouraged for each session.  Certified Detailers are responsible for checking in to the live webinar to receive 1 Certification Maintenance credit.  If you did not register but watch the session in the Facebook Group, you must manually input the credit into your Certification Journal.

Webinar Recording:
If you are unable to attend the live webinar, members will be able to access the webinar recording from the archives webpage.

Price:
Free for members and $25 for non-members.  Non-members who join within 30 days of the webinar may apply the registration fee to membership dues* (join the IDA here).
