apart. So, you spend just about every waking moment either working on – or worrying about – your business. This session will show you how to grow a business that does not need you. Discover how to create systems and build a team
so you can have work-life balance.
Why You Need to be a Millionaire Detailer, and How to Stop Making Excuses 11:00 am – 11:45 am
Presenter:
 Jason Barker, CD-SV
Description: Discover this combination of practical tips on how to define “successful” in your business, through a powerful motivational presentation. Learn how to cut through the myriad of distractions and excuses that mount
against us as we get more successful. This session is only for highly motivated people who still hold the dream of complete financial freedom, and who still want to make a positive difference in the world. Get focused on your usually-abstract
goal of “making a lot of money”, and also gain a new respect for your blue-collar career of car detailing. Find out how to filter and brush-off the unrealistic claims that we all see online about detailing business success. Get the quiet
confidence to wade through the BS, and how to listen only to those people who truly want to help you succeed. Learn next-level techniques of visualization from someone who has been successfully teaching this skill to professional athletes in
the NFL, major league baseball players, Olympic boxers, people struggling with weight loss, and automotive business owners for over 20 years.
Client Compounding 1:00 pm – 1:45 pm
Presenter:
 Renny Doyle, CD-SV, RIT

now! These strategies and techniques are based on his Top Selling Book, The Profit Book: 21 Unique Ways to Increase Sales, Improve Cash Flow, and Boost Your Bottom Line! “As a Shark, Davy speaks my language…PROFIT, PROFIT, PROFIT!”
– Kevin Harrington, Original Shark on ABC’s Hit TV Show “Shark Tank”
An Advanced Stain Removal Process 3:00 pm – 3:45 pm
Presenter:
 Tyler F. Cucchi, CD-SV, RIT
Description: Learn the common and less common stains that can be found in a vehicle’s interior. Find out how to discern between stains separated into TANNIN stains, protein-based stains, and other stains. Looking at stains
from this perspective, learn the 3-step system needed in order to do a proper job. Get the simplest way to sort the stains into organic stains or a synthetic stain. Participate in a discussion on how to now look at these stains with a
simple two-step system using activated enzymes and a cleaner rather than having to do a 3-step system on every vehicle.
