Session Description: Detailing can be very taxing on the body and mind. How we move and what we consume plays a crucial role in our overall health and wellness. Providing the body and mind with proper movement and the right fuel is essential to operate at optimal levels everyday.
Learn how optimizing your health and wellness through nutrition and exercise can help to ensure a long and successful detailing career, while leveling up all areas of your life.
Topics will include: healthy foods and foods to avoid, food prep, sleep hygiene, why hard work is not the same as exercise, effective stretching, healthy habits, media consumption, and more.
Speaker Bios: Bryan Watson, CD-SV, started detailing as a hobby and side hustle in college, and continued this throughout his time in the military. Bryan is now the owner of Almost Perfect Detailing, which provides high-level paint enhancement and protection services in Central Florida and beyond.
