IDA BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT WEBINAR SERIES

The International Detailing Association hosts a series of webinars covering Business Development topics, which take place on the first Friday of each month at 2 pm Central.  Webinars are open to IDA Members and Non-Members alike.

Speaker Bio:
Shad began his career in the detailing industry over 23 years ago at 18 years old at a car dealership in Salt Lake City, Utah.  Since then, he has worked in and experienced the industry from all angles, working on the training and distribution side for the last nine years, supplying detailers with some of the top brands and training in the detailing industry.  Shad’s love, passion, and knowledge for detailing is rivaled only by that of health and fitness, which he discovered at around the same time in his life.  He is an avid obstacle course racer who competes in some of the biggest races around the United States.  As a member of the IDA Board of Directors and the 2024 President-Elect, Shad is dedicated to working to elevate and advance the IDA and the industry to new levels.

Session Description:
This session will discuss using goals to stay focused, motivated, and moving in the right direction so you can achieve more and build the extraordinary life you deserve.  Learn the importance of setting goals, how to set the right goals, and how to anchor those goals to ensure success.

Certified Detailers - Attending a webinar earns Certified Detailers 1 credit towards certification maintenance.  You must check-in to the live event to earn your credit.

Technology - Registrants will receive access information to stream the webinar via YouTube.  Alternatively, the session will also be streamed directly to the IDA members-only Facebook Group (request to join here), and members can watch the stream in the group.  Registration through the IDA website is still highly encouraged for each session.  Certified Detailers are responsible for checking in to the live webinar to receive 1 Certification Maintenance credit.  If you did not register but watch the session in the Facebook Group, you must manually input the credit into your Certification Journal.

Webinar Recording - If you are unable to attend the live webinar, members will be able to access the webinar recording from the archives webpage.

Price - Free for members and $25 for non-members.  Non-members who join within 30 days of the webinar may apply the registration fee to membership dues* (join the IDA here).
