Hello IDA Members,

Leading up to Love Your Detailer Day on February 15th, we want to recognize the great work that you, our members, do for customers on a daily basis!  Have you received a rave review from one of your customers?  Did they commend your craftsmanship and customer service?  Most importantly, what did they think of your quality of work due to your status as an IDA member or Certified Detailer?  If so, we want you to share the testimonial with us so we can feature you on our new consumer-focused website!

Here's a great review example written on behalf of IDA member Oscar Hernandez, CD-SV:

I always try to go to an IDA Detailer like Oscar so I can feel confident that my car is in good hands.  Because of his IDA Certification, the level of quality Oscar delivers is excellent every time.  It gives me peace of mind to know I am working with a qualified professional who follows best practices and is up to date on the latest detailing technologies and techniques.

Please include these items in your submission:

• Your name, company name, and location
• What the customer felt was exceptional about your service due to your status as an IDA member or Certified Detailer
• The customer's name (only if they have given you permission to share; otherwise, it will be posted anonymously)
• Optional: a photo or video of the before and after

We will be accepting testimonials from IDA members on a rolling basis to add to a scrolling banner on our consumer-focused site.  You may also be featured in an upcoming social media post on the IDA's Facebook or Instagram page.  By sharing your customers' reviews, you will help showcase the higher standard of service provided by IDA members and Certified Detailers and encourage other consumers to hire your fellow IDA detailing professionals.
