We want everyone to be able to access education materials on our website, regardless of language, and we are working harder than ever to provide content+ in as many languages as possible. This event, now in its 3rd year, was created to offer the opportunity to our 20 international Chapters, along with our global community of detailing professionals, that want relevant content for their country or region to deliver a webinar in the language(s) of their local audiences.

He is a technical trainer for PPF GLOBAL, a US-based company with a branch in Vietnam and currently trains at Global Paint Protection Film Vietnam. Max has a deep passion for sharing his knowledge and has trained numerous detailing professionals on effective film installation techniques. He is committed to advancing the quality and durability of automotive paint protection services through hands-on training and education.

Session Description: In the automotive detailing industry, applying Paint Protection Film (PPF) is a crucial step to protect a car's paint. However, polishing before and after applying PPF is essential to ensure that the film adheres properly and maintains its shine and durability over time. This presentation will discuss the importance of polishing before PPF installation to create a perfect surface and polishing after PPF application to enhance the protective effects. Attendees will learn the proper polishing techniques to optimize PPF installation results, thereby improving work quality and customer satisfaction.

Orlando se especializa en la formación de detalladores que buscan emprender o escalar sus negocios, aplicando estrategias avanzadas en corrección de pintura y gestión comercial. Orlando Príncipe is the CEO of OP Detail LLC and founder of OP Detail Academy, where he has trained over 200 students in car detailing across the U.S. A certified detailer by the IDA, he has been a speaker at prominent events such as the Mobile Tech Expo in Orlando and Webinars for the IDA. Orlando specializes in training detailers who aim to start or scale their businesses, focusing on advanced paint correction and business management strategies. He also leads one of the largest Hispanic detailing communities in the U.S. through his YouTube channel, @OrlandoPrincipe_detail.

Session Description: Entre 2017 y 2023, se implementaron diversas estrategias comerciales centradas en la captación, retención y promoción activa de clientes, logrando incrementar el Valor Compuesto del Cliente (VCC) y asegurando un retorno sostenible de la inversión en marketing. Esta presentación guiará a los asistentes a través de un enfoque integral dividido en cuatro fases clave: Captación efectiva, Retención rentable, Promoción activa y Monitoreo constante del ticket promedio. Los participantes aprenderán cómo implementar campañas efectivas para atraer nuevos clientes, fidelizarlos a través de experiencias personalizadas y transformar a sus clientes en auténticos embajadores de su marca. Además, se presentarán tácticas de up selling y cross selling para aumentar el ticket promedio y generar crecimiento exponencial en sus negocios de detailing.

Between 2017 and 2023, various commercial strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and promotion were implemented, successfully increasing the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and ensuring a sustainable return on marketing investments. This session will guide attendees through an integrated approach divided into four key phases: Effective Acquisition, Profitable Retention, Active Promotion, and Constant Monitoring of the Average Ticket. Participants will learn how to implement effective campaigns to attract new customers, retain them through personalized experiences, and turn them into true brand ambassadors. Additionally, up selling and cross selling tactics will be presented to increase the average ticket and generate exponential growth for their detailing businesses.

We will learn to know why it is called Dry Steam, the different types of Steam equipment and its advantages or disadvantages, the principles of cleaning, and the uses and applications of Dry Steam in detailing.

Speaker Bio: Lars ist seit 30 Jahren in der Lederreparaturbranche tätig. Als ehemaliger Inhaber des Lederzentrums mit der Marke Colourlock, die 2023 an Koch-Chemie überging, hat er zahlreiche Innovationen vorangetrieben. Er engagiert sich zudem in der International Detailing Association (IDA) und fungiert als Vizepräsident des deutschen Chapters.

Lars has been working in the leather repair industry for 30 years. As the former owner of the leather center with the Colourlock brand, which was acquired by Koch-Chemie in 2023, he has driven numerous innovations. He is also active in the International Detailing Association (IDA) and serves as vice president of the Germany Chapter.

You'll also receive valuable tips and tricks on how to clean the respective materials effectively, quickly, and gently.
